Located across from Utah State University, Kampus Korner is the place to live. Accommodations include high speed wireless Internet, A/C, private or shared rooms, fireplaces, and on-site coin laundry. Each apartment has either 4 or 6 bedrooms. Each private room has its own bathroom. There is underground parking for the first 90 students to sign up. Private rooms for the summer are $495. There are no shared rooms in the summer. Private rooms are $2,975 for the school year and shared rooms are $2300 for the school year. Utilities are not included with the rent. Deposit is $200 ($150 is refundable, $50 is non-refundable). **ATTENTION** We are accepting new students starting February 25th, 2012. In order to reserve your spot, we need the $200.00 deposit, a signed lease and your application. Feel free to apply online. This does NOT reserve your spot.
